Located in the heart of Wiebelskirchen, the second largest district of the city of Neunkirchen, the culture centre is housed in a building which was built in 1927 as a gymnasium. Since 1974, the building belongs to the Kulturhaus Wiebelskirchen GmbH, a subsidiary company of the municipality. It underwent major renovation works in 2001/2002.
