brief description: 

This 19th century farm house has undergone renovations for one year to be transformed into a residence while maintaining many original parts and objects. Vaulted cellar with a ceiling height of approximately 1,40 metres, annex with kitchen and high ceiling. Exit to garden, terrace in construction. Nice little sitting area under walnut tree, farmer`s garden next to the house. A 1970s car port with utility shed is undergoing renovation (e.g. the old roof is being replaced with a new gabled roof). Behind the house, themed gardens and orchards are being planted. The 10.000 m² of slightly sloping terrain also are home to the neighbour`s three horses, which can be found roaming around freely on the pasture land. Property boundary with weeping willow on the banks of a small brook.
