Chapel Ruins

description

brief description:

The chapel, which dates back to the 17th century, was renovated in the 1970s. A long time ago, it used to be the town church of Beaumarais, a district of Saarlouis, but it has been deconsecrated for many years. A few windows are broken. The vaulted cellar once belonged to the Wallerfangen castle and used to serve as a storage cellar. The chapel is empty (no furniture, no wall décor), its interior is dry. The baptismal font is still intact.
