the Israelite Cemetery is situated in the southwest of Saarbrücken, just south of the Neue Bremm border crossing between Germany and France. The scenically beautiful cemetery, which is surrounded by a wall of natural stone, was laid out in 1920, its entrance pavilion was designed in 1929 by the architect Hans Weszkalnys

accessibility

car: 
coming from Saarbrücken on the A6 motorway (direction Paris/Metz), take the Goldene Bremm exit. At the roundabout, turn right onto Metzerstraße. After approx. 1 km, turn left onto Zum Zollstock and take another right turn after approx. 130 m. The cemetery´s entrance pavilion will be on your right hand side (the cemetery is also signposted from Zum Zollstock street)
